1.Your portion must be paid at the time of your treatment.
2.Any portion not covered by your insurance will be your responsibility.
3.We are happy to estimate your coverage and answer questions about your policy.
Please keep in mind that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your provider. We are not party to that agreement.
